Gaming
Responsible gaming at our casino hotel
Gaming should always be fun. Here's how we help keep it that way.
21+
Gaming at Carnival Castaway casino hotel is for guests aged 21 and over. We require and check photo ID.
1
Set limits first
Pick a time and money budget before you sit down, then stick to it.
2
Break often
Step away, eat, swim or sip tea. Pauses sharpen your judgement.
3
Never chase losses
Gambling is not a way to make money. Walk away if it stops being fun.
4
Ask a host
Any team member can arrange a cool-off, a reminder or self-exclusion, discreetly.
Need support?
If gambling is affecting you or someone close to you, please contact a local problem-gambling support service or speak with a doctor. Our casino hotel hosts will happily point you toward help at any hour.
